Vikas started off interested in starting his own business. He moved from Rajasthan to Kolkata to start in clothing retail. Over the years, he grew that company with his cousins to move from retail to garment manufacturing. For growth, the company then became public and continued. Due to some disagreements, the public company was split and he started over again. His past experiences helped him grow this time. He also later gained the help of his sons and other trusted family.
