The degree I earned and the work I do today are quite different. I went from being a B.Com graduate to chairman of a manufacturing business, and the transition was not easy. My first main job, as a supervisor, taught me technical skills involved in manufacturing, as well as leadership, teamwork and other skills that helped me become an entrepreneur.
That job motivated me to start my own business in a field I enjoyed. Starting a business requires effort, hard work and determination to face the challenges that arise. Without my family's support, I would not have come this far. Since starting my business in 2005, I have seen it grow, and I believe I can contribute more to its future.
