Neha

India

I graduated from Maulana Azad Medical College and went on to teach at Lady Hardinge Medical College, where I was able to share my knowledge and experience with students. My career later took me into public health, where I worked with Jhpiego as Country Director and subsequently as a Senior Strategic Advisor. These roles gave me the opportunity to contribute to public health programmes, work with different teams and help strengthen healthcare initiatives. Over the years, I learnt that meaningful change comes from understanding people's needs and working consistently towards improving their lives. Even today, I continue to work independently with NGOs and remain involved in initiatives that matter to me. I also visit the SGT University in Haryana to follow up on ongoing activities and see how things are progressing. For me, contributing to public health has always been about making a difference, regardless of the position I hold.
