Haranath

India

I made a living as a private practising lawyer in India. This entailed understanding legal problems, giving advice and guidance to clients regarding their legal problems. The practice of law demanded a lot of patience, knowledge, responsibility and the capacity to understand the situation.

The legal profession was a significant aspect of my career as a professional and source of income. As a private practitioner, one's income will depend on the case being handled, the client and the fee that one gets from the services rendered. In private practice, one cannot be assured of a monthly fixed salary.

This working career has been an important part of my life since I had professional duties and obligations as well as financial and family responsibilities. On reflection, one's career has been shaped not only by the profession one was in, but also by the salary that one got and the responsibilities one had.
